This role will be is responsible for supporting the Estates Officer(s) (Electrical & Controls) to ensure that they can manage engineering maintenance and installation activities, including contract works to an appropriate standard throughout properties maintained by CFS to ensure that CHoICE meets its Statutory, Mandatory and Best Practice commitments to its existing partners.
