Service Administrator
WB Power Services are currently recruiting for an administrator to work in our busy head office, in Heanor, Derbyshire. This is a superb opportunity for an Administrator to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven and motivated Administrator to support the team through these exciting times.


WB Power Services is a leading generator specialist that provides solutions, maintenance, sales and hires to customers across the UK.

The Role

  • Administrating the system for engineer planning.
  • Dealing with telephone calls internally and externally.
  • Various supporting administrative duties and reporting to our Service Division.
  • Updating job and labour requirements as necessary.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Filing and maintaining reports for the team.
  • Processing jobs once they're completed.
  • Support by raising purchase orders and receipts.
  • Working to WB Power Services Ltd Procedures and using our own bespoke systems.

The Person

  • Administrative experience.
  • Proficient in English Language and Literature.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.
  • The capability to deal with a variety of works.

£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
