The school have been highly successful at student reintegration (into mainstream schooling) and they have achieved this by using a range of education approaches which include outdoor learning, Forest School, classroom-based learning, excursions and practical learning sessions.

In the last 6 years the school have improved from 'Requires Improvement' to 'Good' in their Ofsted inspections. Recently they were awarded section 41 school status, which further demonstrates the hard work put in by the team. The inspiring headteacher has created a positive & progressive learning environment for the students and staff to work in.
