We're currently looking an additional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team here at Agratas.

This role will be initially remote but based in the South West to allow you to progress to a hybrid onsite role at our new GigaFactory being built in Somerset.

You'll play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition delivery and ensuring the recruitment of exceptional engineering and technical professionals.

We have a fast paced, hybrid culture and are currently scaling the organisation from start-up to a fully fledged multi-national battery business.

We're building a Gigafactory in both the UK and India and the UK business will consist of Head Office, R&D and Manufacturing functions.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Delivery: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to execute a comprehensive talent acquisition delivery model that aligns with organization's goals, objectives, and growth plans.
Teamwork: Deliver within a team of highperformance recruiters working together to deliver talent acquisition to a high standard. Input into the team strategy and have the confidence to challenge a decision or approach where required.
Partnership with

Hiring Managers:
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Collaborate closely with them to understand their talent needs, develop job profiles, and establish effective recruitment strategies.

Employer Branding: Support the organisation's approach to employer brand by leveraging various channels to enhance our reputation, spread the word and attract top scientific and technical talent.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Input into team reports to communicate hiring progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Stay Current with

Industry Trends:
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Incorporate innovative approaches and technologies to improve recruitment processes and attract top talent.

Required Experience & Characteristics

Must have experience in Talent Acquisition within a manufacturing, engineering or similar organisation. Can be inhouse, RPO/MSP or agency or a mix of all three.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisionmaking and assess recruitment effectiveness.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
A proactive, collaborative and solutions oriented approach. As a scale up we will need to recruit at pace, whilst maintaining a fresh, inclusive and unique company culture.
Strong teamworking skills, with an open and approachable manner, backed up by high moral and ethical standards.

Location - Initially remote but progressing to Hybrid working from our Somerset GigaFactory

Package - Salary TBC + flex pot, bonus, healthcare, life assurance, salary protection insurance
