Activities and Lifestyle Coordinator

£15.00 per hour

We are a luxury care home in SW London and we are looking for a part time Lifestyle Coordinator to provide activities and events to our 28 suite senior care facility.

You will be required to:
Create person-centre activity plans tailored to residents' needs and preferences

Create an activities calendar for residents

Risk assess and evaluate activities

Promote a sense of community by encouraging residents to participate in group activities

Encourage other care staff to get involved in activities

Provide 1:1 sessions with residents when appropriate

Support volunteers

Who you are:
You have a passion for caring for people

You have excellent communication skills

You are kind and have a patient nature

You understand individual needs

You are interested in art, music, science, current events.

You have experience working in care

The hours of this role can be varied to the needs of the care home 24 hours per week.
