Marketing Managerto join the organisation
. In this role you will plan marketing strategies, develop, and execute various activities across a broad range of channels to ensure continuous exposure among key customer segments.

Based in Suffolk, the company, in recent years, has dramatically expanded sales of its products thanks to help from a growing network now covering most of the country.

They are also moving to brand new premises in Suffolk by Summer 2024. The company is familyowned and a global market leader in over 60 countries.


To be successful:


  • You will be up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and KPIs.
  • Know how to utilize them to optimize, target and maximize the digital marketing impact while building a strong brand.
  • You are a selfinitiator, have excellent project management skills and are familiar with managing several projects with several key stakeholders simultaneously.
  • This role is perfect for someone who is able to take a strategic approach while still not being afraid of rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.
  • Knowledgeable on a range of marketing strategies to develop long term campaigns.
  • Built a community of customers and is able to engage with them consistently.

You will have/be:


  • Solid marketing experience from a similar position and excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience of growing a great brand and making it a go to in that sector.
  • Brilliant storyteller and bringing clients on the journey with you.
  • Experience of working within a B2B marketing role with an B2C element too.
  • Omnichannel marketing knowledge, experience of building this out.
  • Handson experience of web content management and digital analysis tools and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation processes.
  • Able to work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and the Managing Director to plan and execute strategies.
  • Creative approach to create marketing campaigns and substance that engage, inform, and motivate as well as write interesting customer stories and content to relevant audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital media, or relevant field.
This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this position is up to
£45,000 (+bonus).
