Description

We are currently looking for a qualified Plumber/Multi-Skilled operatives to join our team supporting our Lambeth contract, working in and around the South London area.

This is a Temporary to Permenant contract after 13 weeks. A van, fuel card, PDA and Uniform will be provided to fulfill your duties. Therefore a full UK Driving Licence will be required.

The role involves carrying out general plumbing maintenance work to a high standard with the minimum of Supervision.

Carry out fault diagnosis and communicating effectively additional works required back to your Supervisor/Line Managers to ensure all follow-on works have been captured, leaving the resident assured.

You will take ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.

You will also operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas.

Typical work will comprise of day to day repairs/maintenance, renewal or refurbishment works to properties.


Qualifications required:

C&G Craft/Advanced Craft
Certificate in Plumbing or the equivalent to these which are
C&G L2 & L3 6129 Technical
Certificate + NVQ 2+3
Certificates in Plumbing C&G 6089

The salary for this role after 13 weeks will be up to 36,760
