Pay breakdown and shift patterns:


  • Daytime shifts 7am3pm, evening shifts 3pm10pm.
  • Care Assistant £12.00 day, £12.20 evening, £12.40 weekend day, £12.60 weekend evening
  • We work our shift patterns around your availability

Unlike many home care providers, we operate a weekly payroll, so you are renumerated quicker for the work you do.

Delivering care throughout the Southend Borough allows us to create small, focused areas of care needs, meaning less travel time and greater efficiency for staff working out in the community.

About the role:


On a day to day basis your duties could include assisting with personal hygiene, preparing meals, household chores and administering medication.
