Chard, fully office-based

Up to £26,000 DOE


Butler Rose are currently working with a Chard-based manufacturing business to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a full-time permanent basis.


Key Responsibilities in this Accounts Assistant role:

  • Matching invoices against credit notes & purchase orders
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Arranging regular payment runs
  • Maintaining the ledger
  • Weekly Payroll
To be considered for this Accounts Assistant role you will have:

  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in standard office software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
