Project Engineer Permanent Position**
Competitive Salary & Company Benefits

Monday-Friday: 40 hours a week, POTENTIAL 3 DAY WEEKEND

Guildford

Do you have previous experience within Project Management and Project Execution? Do you have a strong understanding of NPI Processes? If so our client, who is a world-leading brand who design, develop, and manufacture specialist tools used in a varietyof different industries, are currently on the lookout for a Project Engineer who has experience building prototypes, executing test plans, finding new suppliers, sourcing components, and carrying out market analysis.

Project Engineer

  • Confidently manage NPI/NPD projects, making project critical decisions and ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Manage project across the business and implementing plans and budgets for each project.
  • Liaise with the design team and build prototypes and carry out test plans to continuously improve the product.
  • Manage the process of the PM work, continuously coming up with new ideas to improve and develop current products.
  • Complete competitor analysis and testing and market research to ensure the best product is going to market.
  • Find and source new suppliers and components to improve the product and make sure budget and timelines are adhered to.
  • Document work processes and complete technical tasks required for project advancement.

Project Engineer

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications:


  • Experience within a similar Project Engineer role.
  • Previous experience of Project Management ideally within a engineering/manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of NPI/NPD processes
  • Previously worked in product development/R&D type of environment
  • Engineering degree or similar qualifications
