Job title: 1st Line Support

Salary:
£28k - £35k

I am excited to announce that I am currently working with a fantastic client of mine who is looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to join their London team.

The company is one of the leading intellectual property Law firms and they are looking to expand their London team hiring a 1st Line Support Technician reporting to the head of IT.

This role will suit someone with over 12 months experience working in a similar role, who can demonstrate a true passion for technology, and have ideally worked within a Professional Services environment before.

Core responsibilities:

Ensuring that any queries are passed onto the correct team
Ensuring that any incidents are dealt in a timely manner
Being the first point of contact for incoming queries
Operating the ticketing system
Working closely with 2nd/3rd line support teams
Office 365 including SharePoint and OneDrive implementation and support

Core qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills
Experience of MS Windows and Office
Good knowledge of Windows 2016/19 Active Directory and Group Policy
Triaging experience
Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server & Office 36
Have great analytical skills
Experience of help desk systems, logging and progressing calls, closure, and followups
