An established mid-market PE-backed B2B SaaS business c.

two years from exit is looking for a CFO to take them through a period of organic growth and M&A leading to exit.

The business is transitioning from a managed services model, and currently at c. £4mEBITDA, looking to double in size before exit.

It requires an experienced PE CFO who can ensure good quality MI and reporting, manage cash, and work closely with the CEO and chair to drive the growth story.


You will have worked in a SaaS/ recurring revenue business, and have gone through exit before in a PE environment.
