About the role

You'll be joining the team at an exciting and vital time in our digital development, where you'll work collaboratively with residents, colleagues, and other partner organisations to increase residents' accessibility to information and services, especially where they have additional barriers or digital exclusion exists.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with enthusiasm and initiative to build and develop strong empowered communities without poverty or isolation, to ensure that everyone has a decent home in a good place and that everyone has a good living standard and prospects.

Each member of the JRHT team will play an important role in us achieving our mission and we recognise the critical nature of digital in that journey.

About you

We are on the lookout for someone who wants to make a difference and understands the importance of an inclusive society Having a positive energy and great communication skills are more important than an in depth understanding of digital technologies.

Some understanding of the digital inclusion and accessibility agendas would be beneficial but most important is understanding the importance of digital empowerment and having an enthusiasm to share that with others.

Inquisitive in nature and a keen problem-solver, you will possess a good understanding of the barriers and challenges people experience which means they find accessing information and services more difficult.

You will have a track record of developing effective partnerships with a range of stakeholders as well as a commitment to helping people access the services they need.

With the ability to build rapport with our residents and colleagues, we'd like you to be able to respond to queries with patience and understanding.
