Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside our client a leading Lettings Agency operating in, Bristol.

Due to continued growth and market share an excellent opportunity has arisen for an Lettings Negotiator to join the team.


Key Responsibilities for the Lettings Negotiator:

  • Conducting viewings.
  • Registering new applicants
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships.
  • Have excellent communication & negotiation skills with a strong customer focus
  • Be professional, positive and have an enthusiastic approach

Experience Required for the Lettings Negotiator:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • both verbal and written
  • Able to prioritise workload efficiently.
  • Strong organization skills
  • Good local knowledge.
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solver
  • Motivated
  • Good IT skills.
  • Full UK Drivers license.

Package for the Lettings Negotiator:
£21,000 OTE £24,000

Monday - Friday 8:45am - 6pm (Alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm - day in lieu given during the week)

25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Funded industry qualifications (ARLA)
