Description

Motivated and enthusiastic people are required, with a commitment to promoting and maintaining an independent lifestyle for an individual with complex care needs.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills whilst delivering support to an individual in their own home.


Undertaking a range of duties to support the Client, you will work closely with other members of the team in providing the highest standards of health care.

You will be flexible to the needs of the team and be able to work a combination of day and night shifts as required.


You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, backed by previous health care experience, and qualification such as NVQ or Care Certificate.

The post requires that you work independently to a great extent. The post therefore requires that you work and conduct yourself in a manner that is acceptable to the employer. Reliability, integrity and complete trustworthiness are essential attributes in this post.

She lives in her own adapted accommodation in the High Crompton/Shaw area, with a team of carers.


The client is a wheelchair user & has an adapted vehicle to enable her carers to take her out to participate in community activities_.

_Our client is assisted in her home with the use of specialised equipment such as hoists and therefore experience of using such equipment is essential.


Shifts:

  • Full time 36 hours
days and nights

What we're looking for from you:
Experience in care and / or working with (_children/young people/adults_) is beneficial

A full driving licence is essential

£13.50-£14.17 per hour
