Are you experienced Senior Paraplanner, do you hold full Level 4 Diploma as a minimum and have supervisory experience and seek a fresh new existing opportunity, then look no further I have a perfect fully remote vacancy that my pique your interest.

We are currently working with a specialist Wealth management firm who have been making many acquisitions over the past year who seek a remote Senior Paraplanner.

Salary depends on experience and qualifications and level of experience you have, £3- 48,000 is on offer plus 10% bonus potential, plus competitive benefits and the flexibility to be 100% remote working with occasional visits to head office in Exeterwhich will be fully expensed, plus the opportunity to work in a thriving environment where your talent and skills will be developed and there are opportunities for future progression.

As well as the main duties of a Paraplanner, the Senior Paraplanner will also take on a supervisory role within a team of Paraplanners.

To continue to provide excellence in delivery as a Paraplanner, with all duties included in Paraplanner job specification PLUS
Monitor and manage workflows and quality of output for the team reporting back to Head of Client Services - Paraplanning
Organise cover within the team in respect of absence or holiday
Mentoring/training/support of Paraplanners in team, to include new starters
To assist as required in reviewing, enhancing, and streamlining of Paraplanning processes, systems and procedures to increase efficiency in the team
To assist with any ad hoc projects
