£20,000 up to £21,700 with their fantastic progression scheme

Typical Day in the life as a Customer Service Advisor

Dealing with inbound customer calls, understanding the customer's needs, and providing solutions to that are best suited to their requirements.
You will ensure the smooth running of the business, answering calls in a timely and professional manner.
Offer exceptional customer service throughout everything you do.
Process correspondence and ensure all workflow activity is completed effectively.

What are we looking for?

Experience in customer service required (from any industry i.e. retail, sales)
Engaging personal communication style
An ability to quickly build strong rapport with customers over the phone
Work effectively in an organised manner both independently and as part of a team
Ability to listen to the requirements of clients and identify and match their needs
Have a positive, enthusiastic and proactive approach
