These solutions are used in a variety of key sectors including Food & Beverage,Logistics, Automotive and Industrial Manufacturing sectors.They have 10 production sites, 6 assembly operations in 9 countries and over 300 points of sales and service globally.
The Role
Reporting to the UK Country Manager, you will be directly responsible for the development and the implementation of the company's strategic plan for the UK.
In addition to managing and developing the existing Sales team, this is a customer facing role whereyou will be expected to "lead by example" by taking personal responsibility for a number of strategically important key accounts.
This is a role of extraordinary scope and potential where personal credibility, enthusiasm and the ability to influence a varietyof demanding external stakeholders is essential.
Such a diverse, hands-on role calls for an experienced B2B Sales Manager with outstanding leadership and motivation skills, coupled with strategic management and commercial acumen.
Current or recent experience of selling movement and/or conveyor belt solutionsinto complex key accounts within the Food & Beverage, Logistics or Industrial sectors is essential.
A strong negotiator and communicator, you will be results and relationship driven, tenacious with an infectious passion and enthusiasm that gets results.
