Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team.

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow.

Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, observing and assessing children's development, and maintaining open communication with parents and colleagues.

Duties:

• Plan and deliver engaging and stimulating activities that promote children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports each child's individual needs
• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized learning plans for children with special needs or specific learning goals
• Foster positive relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and accidents
• Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care
• Stay uptodate with current best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Level 2/3 Qualification in Childcare and Education
• Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong Knowledge of the EYFS
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred but not essential.
