The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an
Inbound Customer service Advisor based in the Chesterfield area.


You will be providing quality customer service to clients, accurately resolving customer issues and dealing with inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

You will need excellent communication skills and be adaptable and able to problem solve while working in a fast pace environment.


All sales leads are inbound. This job does not involve any Cold calling.

Main duties and responsibilities:


  • Creating quotations for customers. Following up on previous quotations, making sure the customers have all the information they need to make an informed decision.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Processing orders. Liaising with customers to confirm orders. Gather additional information as necessary and keep them informed on the progress of orders.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Build relationships with new & existing customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being patient, understanding, and friendly.

Skills and qualities:


  • Professional and confident attitude.
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent work Ethic.

37.5hours per week - Monday to Friday
