£20k-£23k DOE | EXETER OFFICE BASED | COMPANY BONUS SCHEME


A longstanding company founded in Exeter is seeking an Operations Administrator to join a knowledgeable team specialising in the movement of products ranging from the small, time-sensitive goods to complete factory and plant relocation.

Monday - Thursday 9 am - 5:15 pm

Friday - 9 am - 5 pm


Operations Administrator responsibilities include:
-


  • Tracking ETAs & advising customers of changes in the schedule, customs clearance, delivery,
  • Export customs entries on the inhouse systems
  • Submit Certs of Origin, ATA carnet etc
  • Overseeing the generic inbox
  • Other duties as required assisting with admin jobs, invoicing, liaising with shipping lines /hauliers/airlines. Ordering of stationery/water orders. Arranging couriers etc.

Operations Administrator requirements include:
-


  • Experience in an Administrative role
  • Competent in using a PC and all programmes
  • Great communication skills
  • Keenness to learn
  • Working as part of a small team.
  • Jobspecific knowledge is not essential as full training will be provided.
