INTRODUCTION

FPSG are working with an international law firm to support with the growth of their corporate offering to appoint an Associate to join their New York Office Our client is retained by a number of the most prestigious, progressive and industry leading organisationsin the private and public sector globally.

Their advisory work has seen the firm consistently over the last 5 years support clients with IPOs more than $6 billion in total transactional value.

Joining a dynamic practice, this position will have a focus on corporate transactions for cutting-edge high growth, healthcare, tech and life sciences companies globally.

The remit of the client work includes working with public companies and venture backedprivate organisations through a range of transactions which will include IPOs, M&A, corporate governance and equity financing.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

Ideally you will have at least 3 years PQE in the Corporate space, with a background across a broad range of corporate and transactional mattersincluding venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and private and public offeringsof securities.
Ideally, you will also have either experience within or a strong interest in the life sciences sector.
Experience of or currently working within private practice is desirable.
Strong client relationship management experience is desired however, full support is provided by senior members of the team.
