JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Administrative Support: Maintain and update company databases, records, and files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality

Business Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including handling correspondence, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings

Travel and Accommodation Arrangements: Provide support with travel itineraries, transportation, and accommodation for directors.

Ad hoc Tasks: Undertake additional administrative tasks when requested, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to company-wide initiatives.


SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Previous experience in an HR Administrator / HR Coordinator role
  • Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office suite)
  • Previous experience of being involved in the recruitment process
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work in a fastpaced environment
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified & Safer Recruitment trained

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
