ServiceNow Solution Architect - Fully Remote - £85,000 - £90,000 + Excellent Benefits

Overview:
A mutli
- award winning digital consultancy, who provide solutions to some of the world's most reputable brands have an exciting position available for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join their ServiceNow Partner team.

The solution architect will oversee the rollouts of new apps and modules, capable of enhancing configuration and workflows initiated within projects or change requests, works closely with ServiceNow Development team to deliver successful solutions for the internaland commercial stakeholders/customers.

Responsibilities:

Takes responsibility for overall architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the ServiceNow platform projects, working with the Platform Owner, Product Owner, and Platform Architect.
Participates in process flow analysis, stakeholder requirements gathering and process design along with the BAs, Project Manager/ Account Manager for both Internal and external customers.
Analyses business requirements and develops technical requirements.
Develops and delivers ServiceNowbased solutions for clients.
Acts as technical mentor for ServiceNow Development team.
Produces detailed functional/technical design document to match gathered requirements and satisfy business need.

Essential Experience

Minimum 5 years of handson experience in leading solution/functional architecture components of major business & system transformation, including ServiceNow implementation
Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON)
Experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design
Experience with governance/service management/operations
Experience working within audit compliant environments (SOX, SOC)
Certifications ( e.g.

, ITIL, Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist:
ITSM, CSM)

Salary / Benefits:
