We are working with a leading and highly acquisitive wind energy company, backed by an impressive and well capitalised Private Equity fund.

The company has a strong track record of successfully targeting off-market opportunities.

The business has a well-definedstrategy and is now looking for an Investment Manager to join its team.

What the job involves:

Overseeing and coordinating the due diligence process for new wind park acquisitions
Overseeing and coordinating the valuation and investment committee presentations
Assist in the structuring and negotiations of investments, both from a commercial and technical perspective
Participating in the negotiation and preparation of the legal documentation
Coresponsibility for the timely integrated reporting, budget and forecast process with a focus on high planning quality
Cooperation in preparation and presentation of the monthly operational reporting
Support of the annual audit process in Germany and UK

Who we are looking for:

Experience in buying or selling wind farm portfolios
Significant experience of company valuations at an asset level, likely from a specialised team in an advisory firm
Strong modelling and valuations skills are essential
Proficient in German is a plus but not a must
