Description

Thomas N Miller Auctioneers of Newcastle upon Tyne require a part time receptionist / typist for an immediate start in our busy office for three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

This role will entale large amounts of audio typing and data input - excellent keyboard skills are therefore essential.

Other duties will include switchboard management, e-commerce management on our auctioneer's digital platform, invoicing and general customer care.

This is an excellent opportunity to enter the fascinating world of auctions.


As no previous experience within the field's of fine art and auctioneering is required then this would be an ideal position for a school / college leaver.

Training will be provided in all aspects of our business.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week


Salary:
£10.42-£12.42 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Face masks are encouraged and perspex screens remain in place at the receptionist's counter. Social distancing signs remain in place, as are hand sanitising stations.
