Housekeeping Supervisor (40 hours per week)


Pay rate:
£11.35 per hour

We are looking for a
Housekeeping Supervisor to come and join our friendly team at one of our client's sites in
Derby.


As the
Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the management of a busy housekeeping department. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be the key representative for our company in the hotel. It will therefore be important to maintain client and stakeholder relationships.


Expectations

  • Consistently deliver an exceptional cleaning standard
  • Ensure the Housekeeping team are motivated and performing to exceed client expectations
  • Manage costs within the department so that it falls in line with the budgetary requirements
  • Ensure Housekeeping complies with the hotels brand standards
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures eg Health and Safety, Hygiene and Fire safety
  • To carry out any other duties that might reasonably be requested by the operations manager

Experience

  • Housekeeping experience in a hotel setting at a Supervisor level or above
  • Excellent people management skills
  • The ability to motivate and build a rapport with your team
  • A high level of attention to detail and demonstrating high levels of quality
  • A handson approach is needed to support the housekeeping team
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends depending on business needs.
