The role will also be required to plan assess and develop practices for internal quality assurance on assessment decisions, whilst identifying and implementing standardisation activities.


You will also be required to liaise with customers to understand their needs, working with content specialists to tailor course requirements appropriately.


Key Accountabilities

  • Constructively monitor performance.
  • Supporting trainers with all aspects of their role
  • Identifying and implementing individual staff progression activities and CPD for staff, ensuring resilience across courses
  • Creating training programmes from concept to delivery
  • Working effectively with awarding organisations: specifically progressing the accreditation process
  • Ensuring L and D good practice is embedded in all products, including digital.
  • Improving practices and procedures to ensure high quality products.
  • Leading on curriculum updates
  • Organising and delivering IQA and standardisation plans and activities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrably high written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail.

Experience

  • Prior training or educational experience
  • Experience of creating training programmes from concept to delivery
  • Experience of qualifying courses with Awarding Organisations
  • Experience of producing trainer development and CPD plans.
  • Experience of delivering high quality training products, including multimedia platforms
  • Experience of working with key partners and awarding organisations
  • Experience of overseeing the full lifecycle of training products

Qualifications

  • Qualification in education to degree or postgrad level or relevant experience

Salary:
£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
