Our client, a successful independent estate agency is looking for an accomplished Branch Manager to join their close-knit team in the Norwich area.


Responsibilities of a Branch Manager:


  • Setting targets and leading by example
  • Canvassing to generate market appraisals
  • Undertaking Market Appraisals
  • Followup leads over the phone and facetoface
  • Registering applicants and greeting customers
  • Progress sales through to completion
  • Conduct viewings with potential buyers

Requirements of a Branch Manager:


  • Proven track record of winning sales instructions
  • Salesdriven and 'get up and go' attitude
  • A proactive and positive approach to business generation
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Ambitious, target driven and careerminded
  • Full UK Driving license and access to own vehicle

Working days:

As a Branch Manager, you will be required to work Monday-Friday and Alternate Saturdays. You will receive a day off in lieu of each Saturday you work.


Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager:

  • Basic salary £25,000-£30,000
  • Realistic OTE of £45,000
  • 5day working week
  • Full support from the Director
