What is the role?


As
Warehouse Co-ordinator, you will contribute to the successful delivery of our projects by providing controlled receipt, storage and transit services for all project related materials and equipment for the work site.


Based in our West Campus facility in Westhill, applicants must also be flexible to work from our Greenwell facility in Tullos, if required.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensuring all project material and equipment is controlled and processed in accordance with the Company processes and procedures relevant to the function.
  • Receipt and distribution of both procured materials and those issued from the company inventory utilising the relevant SAP transaction.
  • Managing the handling, storage and packing of materials and equipment which is in transit.
  • Interfacing with the export/import logistics personnel to ensure accurate transfer of information to allow materials and equipment to be exported and imported correctly.
  • Receipt, inspection, distribution and storage of materials and equipment which are returned from the work site including the ongoing management of any project materials which may be reused for future projects.
  • Supporting Team Lead/Function Manager and proactively contributes to drive the delivery of functional SCM initiatives, objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
  • Assisting with any other duties that may be required for successful business delivery.
What experience would we like you to have?

  • Established experience across a broad range of warehouse management activities, industry processes and regulations. Subsea industry experience is beneficial.
  • Current RTITB forklift certification up to 16T capacity.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft packages. SAP ERP experience is beneficial, or a relatable ERP system.
  • Working knowledge of Dangerous Goods and COSSH regulations is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Proactive, adaptable to change and flexible to support a 24/7 energy sector environment.
  • Collaborative worker, both with internal and external personnel.
  • Demonstrates initiative and ownership of tasks, while participating in wider team activities.
