Salary:
£26,500 per annum


Hours: 40 hours a week, full time role Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Overview:

We are looking for an Internal Healthcare Recruitment Consultant with exceptional communication skills, a likeable character, who is target driven and goal orientated.

Your key responsibilities:


  • Liaising with the service managers, understanding recruitment needs and advising on resourcing strategies, attraction methods, benchmarking and job offers.
  • Maintaining the internal ATS, CV sifting, prescreening, interview scheduling and conducting the onboarding and RTW checks where necessary.
  • Reporting weekly on the status of vacancies, interviews scheduled and other relevant data to the HR Business Partner and presenting the analytics at the weekly meetings.
  • To oversee and support the HR Administrator with the vetting & onboarding process and ensure that the job offers, contracting and vetting checks are completed correctly and effectively.
  • To be able to work effectively with our Recruitment Advisor in hiring and assisting in retaining our care staff.
  • To uphold and promote our company values, and our brand image to help us become an employer of choice.
  • To be involved in any recruitment projects, job fairs or brand strategy developments.

Requirements:


  • Full driving licence as you'll be required on occasion to travel to our different branches in Leicester to discuss with our managers their full recruitment needs.
  • A healthcare recruitment background is an advantage, but not essential, as long as you have previously dealt with volume recruitment and you're massively target driven.
  • Strong influencing skills where you can sell our care roles and the services we provide.
  • Highly organised with effective time management.
  • Target driven, proactive and hard working person who can identify solutions to any problem.
  • A team player who is self motivated and eager to help iBC grow as a company.
  • Driving licence and vehicle and able to travel on occasion to our different branches to discuss recruitment needs with our managers.
