The Role
This is a full-time and permanent opportunity to join our busy warehouse environment in Marchington.

The warehouse operative team process incoming deliveries; clean, test or refurbish all our used parts; and put together orders large and small for packing and shipping.

The day will fly by as we often have a quick turnaround, but you'll find a lot of training, support and a great team spirit.

The role will involve the receipt and coordination of goods arriving into our warehouse. This busy role requires concentration, motivation and energy; everybody works under pressure to reach deadlines.

You will work closely with other warehouse teams, so you need to have good communication skills, a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinate the daytoday activities for goods in, including accepting deliveries, identifying products, and scanning products into location.
Following and promoting health and safety procedures to ensure the welfare of yourself and those around you
In conjunction with the warehouse supervisor / warehouse manager, identify and resolve any stock anomalies.
Develop towards a multi skilled member of the team by way of cross training within other departments across our warehouse.
Liaise and work closely with the warehouse supervisor / warehouse manager on all matters of inventory management and control.
General warehouse tasks and high standard of housekeeping.
Ensure all processes and working practices comply to Company / Site procedures.
Maintain compliance to Health and Safety policy and all other associated Accreditation's and procedures.
You must be comfortable dealing with queries on a daytoday basis, deal with ad hoc tasks as required and be proactive in your approach to maintaining compliance with companywide processes and procedures.
