About the job:

Chameleon is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide support to customers of its consumer-facing brand, ivie, as well as other products within the Chameleon group.

The ivie brand's growing product portfolio consists of hardware products such as the ivie Bud in-home display, as well as a mobile app available to consumers.

Full training into ivie's products and the smart metering system will be provided.

You will use this information to guide customers through activating and understanding their ivie Bud in-home display and its accompanying app, as well as upcoming products under the ivie brand.

You will ensure that standards and response times are met, and that ivie customers have been assisted clearly, informatively, swiftly and sympathetically.


What You Will Be Working On
As a Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities will be:

  • Providing feedback on enquiry trends to your line manager.
  • Managing product returns and processing refunds/replacements.
  • Developing a solid understanding of the ivie brand and its benefits.
  • Contributing insights to formalise processes and training materials for new support staff.
  • Providing input for developing procedures to address bugs and promptly resolve customer feedback.
  • Integrating fully into the Customer Support team, fostering teamwork while also capable of working independently.

Skills and experience we're looking for:


Essential:


  • Experience in customer service and complaint handling for a consumerfacing business.
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Effective problemsolving skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to navigate between multiple systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify process gaps.
  • Competent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired:


  • Competence in handling dissatisfied customers.
  • Experience in the energy market.
  • Proficiency in casehandling systems and ticket management platforms, including Salesforce and JIRA.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
