Customer Care Advisor

Location:
Comdata Group - Canary Wharf, London

Hours:40 paid hours per week.***
Shifts:Shifts between
9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday

Main Purpose of Role:

We are looking for a Customer Care Adviser who is energetic and passionate about customer satisfaction to join our dynamic team and represent a strong global brand

If you are flexible, have a positive attitude and are passionate about great customer services, you are probably the one that we are looking for.

Skills Requirements:

Proven experience of working in a fastpaced Customer Care environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
An effective team player with a "cando" attitude
Passionate about providing great customer care with a bubbly personality
A confident and professional telephone manner
Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work on your own initiative
Managing your own workload and time, whilst developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers

Develop and improve processes and ways of working
Process new customer orders, whilst providing advice on our products and upselling
Troubleshooting with customers
Other administrative tasks
