Line Support / Business Systems Support - Flexible Working - Whitstable - £25k - £30k per year

The global leader in providing high quality, wheelchair passenger safety solutions is looking for a Business Systems Support that is passionate about IT and wants to further their career.

You will join a supportive environment with one to one training to develop your skills and experience. There are several career routes including IT Infrastructure, Security, ERP Systems, Microsoft Stack (Power Apps, Power BI etc).

Role and Responsibilities;

  • 1st Line Support for users via the business IT helpdesk
  • Supporting the daily operation of the existing IT Business Systems
  • Administration of the servers
  • Support the designing and deployment of business solutions across the company
  • Create guidance and process documentation as required
  • Promote best practice of the Microsoft Office 365 platform to aid business efficiency

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience working on an IT Helpdesk providing 1st Line Support
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 36
  • Previous exposure to Business System Platforms
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server
(If no commercial experience academic or a demonstrable passion for technology will be considered)

Package;
- £25,000 - £30,000 per year (dependant on experience)

  • One to one training with the ability to gain industry recognised certifications
