An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Graduate Mental Health Worker to join our team.

The successful applicant will develop skills and confidence working with psychological complexity in a highly supportive environment.

You will work closely with a range of mental health professionals and will have the opportunity to undertake a variety of tasks to contribute to service provision.


The Personality Disorder Pathway has been developed from the model at the Halliwick Personality Disorder Service, the birthplace of Mentalisation-based treatment (MBT) which was developed and manualised by Peter Fonagy and Anthony Bateman.

In addition to MBT we also offer Comprehensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Structured Clinical Management informed approach to support stabilisation for therapy.

We are also planning to expand our Family and Carers Programme.


There is an emphasis on team based multi-disciplinary decision making in the treatment planning which lends itself to creating a supportive environment for staff.

There is a good record of effectively supporting people with complex emotional needs towards a sense of satisfaction and achievement.

We aim to promote excellence and innovation in the provision of care to patients with challenging and complex presentations.

There is a culture of continuous learning and development opportunities and we regularly offer consultation and training to wider services.
