Description

Our client is a successful property company based in South Manchester with a large portfolio of clients across the North West and Midlands.

They are now seeking an experienced
Marketing Executive to join their team to take the lead and responsibility for their entire marketing strategy and delivery.

Previous experience in a similar role
Educated to degree level or equivalent, although candiidates with industry experience will also be considered
Proficient in the use of design software, such as Photoshop/InDesign
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
Previous experience in social media management
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Able to muti task and manage an everchanging workload
A genuine enthusiasm for marketing and a passion for the property industry

Offering a basic salary of £25k - £35k DOE, with other benefits to include 25 days annual leave, company pension scheme, international incentive trips, flexible hybrid working (following probation period) and complete role autonomy.
