Good debt and financial capability advice changes people's lives for the better, but it doesn't happen by accident.

If you have strong admin skills and experience, want to help people and can make the debt advice process run smoothly, then we want you to join our lively and committed team of money and financial capability advisers as a Debt Support Officer.


The Debt Support Officer will provide support to the debt adviser in managing and processing caseloads following the initial appointment.

This will include case management, tasks to complete the advice process and bring a case to a conclusion, admin duties associated with casework support.

The post is part of a busy team of Debt Advisers and Debt Support Officers. CASNS currently permits hybrid working between office and home working.


Closing Date: 7 December 2023

Interviews: 14 December 2023


Hours: 37.5 but will consider 22.5 hours per week

£21,100.00 per year
