My client is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their finance team and hit the ground running.


Client Details


My client specialises in the Telecommunications sector, and they're looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their hard-working team for 1 month initially.

If the successful applicant is impressive, my client will want to take them on permanently.


Description
The key tasks for the successful Accounts Payable Analyst include being involved with:

  • Invoices
  • Reconciliations
  • Quotes from vendors
  • Raising purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Highlighting process improvements when able to
  • Covering colleagues within the finance team when necessary
  • Ad hoc tasks when required

Profile

The ideal Accounts Payable Analyst should:

  • Have at least 2 years experience in a relevant role
  • Be able to hit the ground running
  • Be proficient in Navision accounting system
  • Have excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
My client would prefer either someone who can just do AP or someone who sees this role as a stepping stone for growth
