Our client, a local authority in Leicestershire are looking for a Social Worker to join their Mental Health Hospital Team

Responsibilities of the role:

To work closely with adults with social care needs including mental health issues, substance misuse issues, physical, sensory, agerelated and learning disabilities and their carers
To empower and promote people to achieve a positive outcome.
To assess the needs of and risks to adults with social care needs including mental health issues.
To manage a specialist caseload
To commission, coordinate, monitor and review community care services to people and their carers in a way that meets the diverse population of people living in the City of Leicester.
To develop and build on partnership working arrangements and advocate the social work role

Requirements of the role:

Must have a Social Work Qualification
Must be registered with Social Work England
Must have experience of working in a mental health setting/community
