Multi-Skilled Plumber required to start on an adaptations scheme in and around the Leeds area.


The Client


Our client is a large social housing sub-contractor based who operates around Yorkshire and the North West specialising in adaptation schemes on behalf of various councils and housing associations.


Job Role

This contract is carrying out the following:

  • Installing wet rooms/bathroom suits
  • toilet cisterns, washhand basins, baths and shower trays.
  • Tiling splashback and a few courses around the bath
  • Demonstrate substantial recent relevant experience in Repairs and Maintenance
  • Experience of working in domestic properties
  • Be able to demonstrate high standards of Customer Excellence
  • Determine the material required to carry out effective repairs
The working hours are 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is £20-£21 per hour Umbrella/CIS. There is on street parking available.

This position is a long term role, 6-12 months work.


Requirements:


  • CSCS card
  • Previous experience as a Plumber
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing Installations
  • Social housing Experience
  • Transport
  • Own Tools
  • Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
