Academy of Success is seeking dynamic and experienced Associate Trainers and Business Coaches to deliver our Self-employment and confidence programmes within SE London.

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on self-employment and confidence-building techniques.
• Facilitate group discussions, activities, and exercises to promote skill development and learning retention.
• Provide individualised support and guidance to participants, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and collaboration.
• Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with programme coordinators and other team members to ensure programme effectiveness and success.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other relevant data.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new resources to enhance training delivery.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards always.

• A teaching or training qualification such as PTTLS or equivalent.
• Previous experience delivering training or workshops, preferably in the fields of self-employment or personal development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with learners.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support others in their journey toward success.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Up-to-date enhanced DBS clearance.

• Competitive pay rate of £33 - £40 per hour depending on experience.
