Description

The Executive Assistant to the Director of Finance & Strategy (Deputy Chief Executive) will manage the organisation and management of work within the Director of Finance & Strategy / Deputy Chief Executive's personal office, to enable them to meet Ministerial, national and local objectives.

The post-holder will provide a very high level of confidential Executive Assistant support and act as the initial point of contact to the respective Director in all aspects of work-related matters.

The role contributes to the overall work of the Executive Directors' team within NHS Fife, working collaboratively with members of the wider senior management team and their administrative support staff as required.
