Responsibilities:
- Process and evaluate insurance claims.
- Analyse claims data to identify patterns and trends.
- Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve disputes.
- Ensure accuracy of claims data.
- Maintain records of claims processing activities.
- Provide customer service to claimants and other stakeholders.
- Follow up on pending claims.

£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
