Are you an experienced Contracts/Construction Manager?
Do you have a proven background in the New Build Residential Sector?
Are you looking for a long term opportunity offering stability and a excellent benefits?

A well respected developer is looking to appoint a new member to their management team, due to an increase in sites across the Region.

You will be an experienced and enthusiastic manager, capable of managing 2/3 projects at various build stages. You will reportto the Director and manage your site teams on a day to day basis.
You will need to have a proven track record in Contracts Management working on open market and social/affordable units. The client will also consider project managers
You will need to have strong commercial awareness and technical understanding, ensuring you are aware of budgets and timescale. You will be a decision maker who is confident at reporting to a senior level on a weekly and monthly basis (attending build meetingson a weekly and monthly basis) You will be computer literate to a high standard, as you will need to report on build programme including; progress of build, customer care, budget, H & S and staff training

Essential Qualifications and Experience needed:

CSCS (management level)
Up to date Health & Safety certificates
Essential experience in a contracts manager role or a very capable and proven PM looking to step up
Consistent experience of managing multiple sites and staff within the new homes sector

Sites are all located in and around the Mid Cornwall area.

£75,000- £80,000 DOE + Package
