SHEQ Advisor - Hybrid

We are seeking a highly motivated SHEQ Advisor to join our team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we operate in a safe, healthy, environmentally friendly and high-quality manner.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and guidance on all SHEQ matters.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective SHEQ management systems.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant SHEQ legislation and regulations.
Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness of SHEQ best practices.
Maintain accurate and uptodate SHEQ documentation.
Continuously monitor and improve SHEQ performance.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on SHEQ matters.
A relevant qualification in SHEQ or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a SHEQ advisory role.
Strong understanding of SHEQ legislation and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and problemsolving approach.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
