Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Block Paver to join our team. As a Block Paver, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining block paving for various projects.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to drive and operate machinery, and the capability to manage projects effectively.

Also fencing skills and slabbing needed.

Responsibilities:

Install block paving according to project specifications
Prepare the ground by excavating and leveling the area
Lay and align blocks in a precise manner
Cut blocks to fit specific areas as needed
Maintain and repair existing block paving as required
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:

Proven experience in block paving or a similar role
Strong knowledge of block paving techniques and materials
Ability to operate machinery such as compactors and cutters
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed

Note:
All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
