Description

As part of an exciting restructure, Wirral University Teaching Hospital dispensary is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to lead our dispensing service including business and strategic planning using continuous improvement methods.

You will actively participate in senior management meetings.

As a dynamic individual, you will ensure the efficient and smooth running of the busy dispensary and satellite pharmacies.

You will provide a visible, accessible and authoritative presence so staff, patients and their families so they can have confidence in the service and seek advice and support.

You should be highly competent, hardworking and reliable with excellent organisational, coaching and team leading skills.

You should have experience of working under pressure whilst ensuring accuracy and quality of your services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential and the ability to engage the team is a must. You will be supported by 3 Deputy Team Leaders.
