We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our company to assist in managing our new website and growing or social media presence.

We are a small, friendly team and this position will be ideally suited to somebody with marketing experience in Digital Marketing who is enthusiastic and creative.

Job Role_

The role will include working independently and with colleagues in the internal sales to gather ideas and provide content/campaigns we can promote.

You will have to be self-motivated, determined with a keen eye for the detail. You will be able to work on own initiative, possess strong communication skills and be always professional.

Key responsibilities:_

• Create content, post, and manage the company's social media profiles and presence
• Oversee the performance of social media campaigns and make recommendations on areas for optimisation.
• Setting up FB ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant SEM tools.
• Explore ways to engage new social networks/contacts by inviting connections.
• Assist the Sales Manager/Director with the implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Produce monthly reports on the success of marketing campaigns.
• Assist with updating the company website with new content.
• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent relevant experience in Marketing.
• Must have experience in content creating, website and social media platforms.
• Keen eye for detail and a creative spark.
• Deep knowledge of Social Media advertising platforms
• Knowledgeable about Canva, Photoshop, Meta suite and Buffer
• Selfmotivating and able to work on your own initiative.
• Understand the need to prioritise and manage expectations to meet deadlines.

Advantageous Skills:_

• Understanding of Google Analytics and setting up Googles ads.
• E-Commerce designing and understanding of WordPress.
• Knowledgeable about Sendinblue,
• Programming skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
