Description

Manufacturing Quality Technician - Long Crendon
Pertemps Aylesbury are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Technician for our client based in Long Crendon.
Working at the Long Crendon site the QT will report directly to and work with the EU Quality Manager.

The role consists of day-to-day Quality Control Checks and audits, system reviews and collating consumer complaint to aid in driving improvement.


Hours:9am

  • 5pm (Office Based)

Salary:
£30,000


Duties:


  • Preforming Audits and follow up with actions
  • Reviewing KPI database for the company and improve awareness
  • Supporting a supplier rejection system or improving the existing one
  • Shop floor inspection activities
  • Reviewing the folder structure for Engineering change and improve
  • Reviewing folder structure for CAPA and update, Cost of Quality
  • Supporting the QD department with investigates and corrective actions

Requirements:


  • Quality and Engineering experience
  • Knowledge of production line or manufacturing
  • Previous QT experience
  • Own transport due to location of work
  • Experience in inspection, data charts
  • Strong IT skills
